About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to join our team at Idverde. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a range of activities, including grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance for clients across the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of grounds maintenance staff
  • Ensure high-quality work is delivered to clients
  • Manage and maintain equipment and vehicles
  • Develop and implement safety procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a supervisory capacity
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to learn and work well in a team
  • A full valid UK driving licence
