About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operative Team Leader to join our team in Templepatrick, Northern Ireland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising a range of activities, including grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, and flower bed maintenance for clients across the Northern Ireland Housing Executive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of Grounds Maintenance Operatives
  • Ensure high-quality work is delivered to clients
  • Manage and maintain equipment and vehicles
  • Develop and implement effective maintenance schedules
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in Grounds Maintenance
  • Team Leader Role: Previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader
  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
  • Willingness to learn and work well in a team
  • A full valid UK driving licence. B+E, PA1 and PA6 licences are an advantage but not essential
