Housing Services Coordinator
">We are seeking a highly skilled Housing Services Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for coordinating housing services within a defined geographical patch. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.
The successful candidate will have experience of working in a social housing setting and a good working knowledge of housing practice, housing law, and the principles of service charge management. You will be able to demonstrate values of care, dare, and collaborate in daily activities, while adapting and being flexible in a changing environment.
You will be required to manage the relationship and increase our reputation with Local Authority Partners and other external agencies. Additionally, you will participate in local initiatives that improve the lives of our customers. Your responsibilities will include managing complaints, estate services, tenancy management, anti-social behaviour, tenancy enforcement, and lettings management.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,915 per annum, based on a 37.5 hour week.
