We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Therapist to join our team at Pro Nursing Healthcare Ltd. As a specialist residential educational college, we offer bespoke and person-centred care and education to students with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized communication plans to support students with speech and language disorders.
  • Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and education.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs and goals.
  • Design and deliver evidence-based interventions to improve students' communication skills.
  • Monitor and report on students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
  • Current licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working with students with complex communication needs.
  • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
