Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join our team at Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust. As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with speech, language, and communication needs associated with Autism, mental health, and learning disability.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver training to parents, carers, and professionals on a range of topics related to speech, language, and communication
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and support for clients
  • Provide advice and support to parents, carers, and professionals on speech, language, and communication matters
  • Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Recognized Speech and Language Therapy degree qualification
  • Health Professions Council (HPC) registration
  • Registered Member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT)
  • Experience working with adults with Autism, mental health, and learning disability
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
