Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Automotive Parts Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the timely delivery of automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their parts needs.
  • Identify, source, and order automotive parts and accessories, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Provide advice and information on parts compatibility, service procedures, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Promote and upsell additional parts, aiming to meet sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain an organised inventory of parts, ensuring stock levels are adequate and managing returns or exchanges as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the motor trade is advantageous, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of inventory management systems.
