The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Travel Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting business in an efficient and professional manner, adhering to company procedures and guidelines. You will work closely with the Team Manager to support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct business in an efficient and professional manner, adhering to company procedures and guidelines.
  • Work closely with the Team Manager to support business objectives.
  • Utilize extensive industry experience in all areas of the reservation process.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.
Requirements
  • Proven attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Extensive industry experience in all areas of the reservation process.
  • Sound, proven SABRE GDS skills with an excellent understanding of fares and ticketing.
  • Able to work independently and use own initiative to resolve problems and find a solution.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and multi-task under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, with a proactive response to client servicing at all times.
Experience and Qualifications
  • Proven advanced industry experience in all areas of travel management operations.
  • Sound, proven SABRE skills with the ability to manage multiple reservations and PCCs.
  • Excellent understanding of fares and ticketing, ideally to BA1/2 level or equivalent.
