Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Training Manager to lead our Inside Sales team in driving the growth of our residential business. As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives, and collaborating with the broader Sales team to ensure a coordinated approach to customer selling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Inside Sales Representatives to achieve sales goals and provide ongoing coaching and support to ensure team members are effectively managing customer relationships, resolving issues, and closing sales.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for selected residential dealers, guiding your team in providing outstanding sales support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Oversee the onboarding of new accounts and the training of existing small accounts, ensuring they are equipped with proven selling approaches and tools.
  • Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups, and communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities.
  • Utilize our systems, such as Salesforce and NICE inContact, to manage cases and customer inquiries, maintaining and improving the data quality of prospects on Salesforce.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in inside sales, sales support, or customer service, preferably within the residential market.
  • Experience in a supervisory or team lead role is essential.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, and technical proficiency with CRM systems and customer interaction platforms.
  • Ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
