Job Description

Enovis Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Sales Training Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering impactful sales training programs that enhance the performance of direct and channel partner sales representatives across key product modalities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales training programs for all modalities, including sales techniques, product benefits, handling objections, and product demonstration.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions, including online basic training, in-person workshops, virtual training, and e-learning modules.
  • Provide one-on-one and group coaching to sales representatives, offering constructive feedback and strategies for improvement.
  • Evaluate and document the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with sales managers and leaders to identify training needs, align training initiatives with sales goals, and support overall international sales strategy and campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and product expertise.
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
  • Proficiency in e-learning platforms and virtual training tools.
  • Fluent in English (C1 minimum). French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, or Chinese: a plus.
