Job Opportunity for Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in the Gainsborough, Lincolnshire area.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a low secure unit for men with mental illnesses and personality disorders. Our hospital provides a full treatment pathway for those requiring rehabilitation and focuses on patients learning new skills, embedding these in everyday life, and maintaining the skills necessary for community living.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality care within a secure forensic setting, working alongside patients with a diagnosis of Personality Disorder, Mental Illness, and/or Learning Disability.
  • Assist and support staff in the management of the ward to ensure safe and effective management of patients and staff.
  • Develop a flexible approach to meet the needs of patients and staff.
  • Commit to patient-centred care and values-based and evidence-based practice.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary of £36,176 - £38,596 per annum DOE.
