About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Refrigeration Case Maintenance Specialist to join our team at PDA Search & Selection. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of refrigeration cases in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the company in a professional and competent manner at all times, developing strong working relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Deliver planned cleaning and maintenance of refrigeration cases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with the Supervisor to ensure that cleaning tasks are delivered on time and to the agreed specification.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations, company procedures, and instructions.
  • Maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are kept clean, well-maintained, and serviced as required.
Requirements
  • Experience in cleaning and basic maintenance, preferably in a retail or industrial cleaning environment.
  • Full driving license and flexibility to travel on a daily basis.
  • Friendly and confident attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive approach and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Physical fitness, as the role involves a lot of bending and lifting.
