About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Engineer to join our team at Adcock Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Limited. As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering an outstanding service to our clients, diagnosing and fault-finding problems, and fixing issues with refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair faults on refrigeration and air conditioning systems
  • Carry out routine maintenance and servicing on equipment
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

What You'll Need

  • Relevant qualifications and experience in refrigeration and air conditioning service and maintenance
  • Demonstrable knowledge and skills in refrigerant handling and safety procedures
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to client sites
  • Industry-specific training qualification, such as NVQ2, would be an advantage
