About the Position

We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join our team as a key leader in building consultancy services.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive range of building surveying services across various sectors, including commercial, residential, retail, and industrial.

Primary Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality building surveying services
  2. Support the growth of the building consultancy department
  3. Collaborate with the property consultancy team to achieve business objectives
  4. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  5. Contribute to business development initiatives
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent qualification
  • MRICS chartered status
  • Experience in building surveying and leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Full UK driving license
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum
