HR Administrator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized HR Administrator to join our dynamic team at Tiger Recruitment. As an HR Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our business, ensuring that all HR-related tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment administration, including pre-employment checks, onboarding, and offboarding
  • Promotions, performance-related pay reviews, and managing employment contracts
  • Process and policy improvement
  • Managing the end-to-end employee life cycle in a high-volume organization
  • Payroll and managing CRM/HRIS data
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an HR Admin role
  • Excellent communication skills and a warm, personable demeanor
  • Outstanding administration and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • A solutions-focused approach with a genuine passion for helping people
