Care Services Manager

At Lavoro Select, we are seeking a dedicated Care Services Manager to oversee the management of 5 semi-independent flats for young people who have grown up in care.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a senior or deputy in a children's residential service, looking to transition into a new challenge with a better work-life balance.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company and contribute to the development of a new service.
The role involves working 1 sleep shift and 24 office hours, Monday to Friday, with no weekend work required.
The estimated salary range for this position is £33,456 - £35,550 per annum.
