Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Fire Risk Assessor to join our team at Sanctuary Group. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fire risk assessments, audits, and inspections to identify potential fire hazards and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Develop and maintain reports and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Raise awareness of fire risks and promote fire safety measures to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • Level 4 Certificate in Fire Risk Assessment or equivalent qualification.
  • Recent experience in a similar role, such as Fire Risk Surveyor, Fire Risk Assessor, or Fire Safety Officer.
  • Proven track record of conducting fire risk assessments in the social housing or construction sector.
  • Knowledge of fire regulations, including the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
