HR Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR and administration, with strong communication skills and knowledge of data protection, including GDPR.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support across all HR processes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Liaise with the Resourcing Team, HR Advisors, and HR Business Partners to ensure seamless communication.
  • Ensure timely completion of documentation and meet SLA requirements.
  • Provide high-quality customer service as the first point of contact for telephone and electronic queries.
  • Audit and cleanse the HR database to ensure accurate data.
  • Provide data and documentation for effective management, including sickness, maternity, paternity, and leavers procedures.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of four GCSEs, or equivalent, including Maths and English.
  • Previous HR experience and extensive administration experience.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other databases.
  • High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to use own initiative to manage workload and solve problems.
