As an LPN Supervisor at Oak Orchard Health, you will be responsible for leading the nursing team at each site, creating and managing nursing schedules, maintaining payroll and vacation requests, and completing annual performance evaluations. You will also plan and assist with training of new hires and manage medication samples.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee the supervision and administrative tasks of LPNs, MAs, and Medical Correspondence Clerks.
  • Create and manage nursing schedules to ensure adequate coverage and staff satisfaction.
  • Maintain payroll and vacation requests for all nurses on-site.
  • Complete annual performance evaluations of nursing staff.
  • Plan and assist with training of new hires.

**Qualifications**

  • Current NYS LPN or RN licensure.
  • Current BLS certification.
  • Three years LPN or RN experience.
  • Strong leadership skills and supervisor experience preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy skills, with competence in Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
