In a highly competitive market, we are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Regional Resource Manager at Resourcing Group. This exciting opportunity will see you take on the responsibility of driving growth and development within your team while generating new business opportunities across the Driving and Industrial sector.
About the Role
This full-time position comes with a competitive basic salary of £35,000 per annum and an attractive commission structure from day one. You will have the flexibility to enjoy early finish Fridays, a birthday day off, and regular staff incentives including cash prizes, days out, and holidays. Additionally, you will be provided with a comprehensive training program to ensure your success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for generating new business leads and supporting existing National Contracts. This will involve using your excellent communication skills to sell our services both over the phone and face-to-face. Your ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to drive business growth will be essential to your success in this role.
Requirements
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have proven experience working within the driving & Industrial recruitment sector, ideally temporary recruitment. You should be confident in your approach to cold calls and possess excellent sales skills. A full driving license and access to a vehicle are also essential requirements for this role.
