Role Description

The Health and Wellbeing Coordinator will play a key role in developing and delivering health and wellbeing programmes for prisoners at HMP Millsike in East Riding of Yorkshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality care to vulnerable individuals.

Key Responsibilities

The Health and Wellbeing Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Developing and delivering health and wellbeing programmes for prisoners
  • Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care
  • Monitoring and evaluating programme effectiveness

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a relevant field (e.g. health science, psychology)
  • Experience working in a healthcare or criminal justice setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

The Forward Trust offers a competitive salary package, including:

  • A salary of £25,500 per annum (£24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience)
