Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to oversee and coordinate our neurodevelopmental pathway. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing treatment plans, and monitoring progress. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and provide clinical leadership and supervision.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate the neurodevelopmental pathway, ensuring seamless delivery of services
  • Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to team members
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
  • At least 3 years of experience post-qualification
  • Experience in conducting cognitive and neurodevelopmental assessments
  • Ability to provide training and clinical supervision
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership experience
  • Commitment to neuroaffirmative practice
