Healthcare Support Professional

We are seeking a motivated and committed individual to join our Neuro Rehabilitation Ward team at Raigmore Hospital in Inverness.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing person-centred care to patients with complex needs
- Assisting with rehabilitation activities and therapies
- Supporting patients with daily living tasks and promoting independence
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly, including rotational night/day duty and weekend/public holiday working
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
