We are seeking a Senior Operations Improvement Manager to join our team at Manpower UK Print & Packaging Division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving excellence across operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing process automation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project planning and delivery
  • Stakeholder management
  • Process analysis and data analysis
  • Change management
  • Continuous improvement culture
  • Research and trends
  • Idea generation

Requirements include:

  • 3 years' experience in project management and familiarity with waterfall and agile project management
  • Experience working in a production or fulfilment environment, preferably in e-commerce, with knowledge of printing processes and innovations
  • PRINCE2 qualified or hold an equivalent qualification
  • Familiar with or certified in Lean or Lean Six Sigma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: up to £60,000 + up to 15% bonus
