The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading process improvements and implementing new product flows. You will be part of a small but dynamic team, working closely with site operations to deliver successful projects and drive long-term progress.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Project planning and delivery
- Stakeholder management
- Process analysis and data analysis
- Change management
- Continuous improvement culture
- Research and trends
- Idea generation
Requirements:
- 3 years' experience in project management and familiarity with waterfall and agile project management
- Experience working in a production or fulfillment environment, preferably in e-commerce, with knowledge of printing processes and innovations
- PRINCE2 qualified (or hold an equivalent qualification)
- Familiar with or certified in Lean or Lean Six Sigma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Salary: up to £60,000 + up to 15% bonus
