Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Improvement Project Manager to join our team at Manpower UK Print & Packaging Division. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving excellence across operations, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing process changes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in leading process improvements and implementing new product flows. You will be part of a small but dynamic team, working closely with site operations to deliver successful projects and drive long-term progress.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Project planning and delivery
  • Stakeholder management
  • Process analysis and data analysis
  • Change management
  • Continuous improvement culture
  • Research and trends
  • Idea generation

Requirements:

  • 3 years' experience in project management and familiarity with waterfall and agile project management
  • Experience working in a production or fulfillment environment, preferably in e-commerce, with knowledge of printing processes and innovations
  • PRINCE2 qualified (or hold an equivalent qualification)
  • Familiar with or certified in Lean or Lean Six Sigma
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: up to £60,000 + up to 15% bonus
