Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Euro Garages. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a shift team to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient food preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, delegate tasks, and motivate colleagues to ensure timely completion of duties.
  • Actively participate in food preparation, ensuring compliance with Food Safety and Health & Safety policies, and maintaining clean waste storage.
  • Lead by example, ensuring colleagues adhere to uniform regulations, and provide cover during busy periods or absences.
  • Prepare coffee, food, and other beverages in line with formula standards.
