About You
You will be a dedicated and compassionate individual with a sound understanding of the NMC medication guidelines and experience in care planning and risk assessments. You will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and have a natural ability to build strong relationships with our residents, families, and colleagues.
Your Responsibilities
- Work closely with residents, their families, friends, and other carers to provide person-centered care.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social needs of each resident.
- Provide personal nursing care to residents with unparalleled kindness and consistency.
- Manage, motivate, and inspire your teams to achieve excellence every day.
- Have a sound understanding of the NMC medication guidelines and be knowledgeable in both the theory and practice of medication management.
- Be passionate about ensuring care delivery reflects care planning and risk assessments at all times.
- Build strong and fulfilling relationships with our Majesticare team, residents, families, friends, and within the local community.
- You must hold an NVQ Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or be working towards this) and be Medication Trained.
- This role is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
