Senior Debt Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Debt Manager - Distressed Assets to join our team at Northreach Recruitment. As a Senior Debt Manager, you will be responsible for managing high-risk cases and developing strategies to minimize potential losses in the assigned portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage high-risk cases to achieve debt recovery goals.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to reduce write-offs and improve cash flow.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
- Communicate complex information to senior stakeholders and provide regular updates on progress.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in debt recovery and asset management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in developing strategic frameworks to support distressed debt activities.
Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is £140,000 - £200,000 depending on experience. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and generous paid time off.
