Community Care Worker

We are looking for a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Community Care Worker. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals living in their own homes in the community with disabilities and/or additional support needs.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Community Care Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. This may involve assisting with daily living tasks, accompanying individuals to appointments and activities, managing personal finances, and supporting with personal care. You will also provide emotional support and assist individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends.
Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £23,000 per annum, paid travel during shifts, and 45p per mile fuel allowance. Continuous in-house training opportunities and chances to further your career in social care are also available. Our Refer a Friend scheme rewards successful referrals with £150.
