About the Job

We're looking for a skilled CRM Executive to lead our customer engagement efforts and drive business growth. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to capture 1st party data, drive first purchase, and increase subscription membership.

Main Responsibilities
  • Content and Targeting Plan Development:
    • Own the content and targeting plan for BAU campaigns.
    • Input into the CRM strategy, including consumer and trade segments.
  • Loyalty Programmes and Segmentation:
    • Design and implement customer lifecycle and loyalty programmes, leveraging 1st party data and segmentation.
  • Email Campaigns and Automation:
    • Deliver personalised email campaigns using dynamic content blocks.
    • Set up automated email flows across key customer journey touchpoints.
  • Performance Measurement and Optimisation:
    • Develop measurement frameworks to assess CRM performance.
    • Design and implement optimisation plans and AB tests with clear success criteria.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

We're looking for someone with experience in a CRM campaign manager role for a consumer brand, preferably in FMCG and/or high-growth start-ups. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes is essential.
