Job Summary

Breedon Group plc is seeking an experienced Electrical Installation Specialist to join our team. As an Electrical Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Electrical System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems, including installation condition reports, to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Testing and Inspection: Conduct thorough testing and inspection of electrical equipment and systems to identify potential hazards and defects.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of electrical system maintenance, testing, and inspection activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with maintenance teams to schedule and coordinate electrical repairs and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to production.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of electrical safety practices within the plant.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: ONC, HNC, Level 3 City & Guilds or recognized apprenticeship in electrical installation, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience carrying out Electrical Installation Condition reports.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills; meticulous eye for detail; strong commitment to safety; experience working with three-phase equipment and motor control centers.
