The Lifeways Group is expanding its team of Support Workers in Hatfield, providing support every day of the year.

Our Support Worker role involves working 12 hours shifts 8am - 8pm and alternate weekends, with varied schedules including:

  • 8am-3pm, 3pm-10pm or 10pm-8am Mon - Sun (10hrs per day)
  • 36 hours full time. Part time and sessional hours also available.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the people we support can live as independently as possible within their own home and wider community. Your tailored care will meet the unique needs of each individual, supporting those living with complex needs, including acquired brain injury, learning disability, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health.

The estimated salary for this role is around £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
