Job Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will plan, book, and administer all radio airtime campaigns, adhering to agency deal parameters and inventory targets. They will also assist account managers with reporting and producing post-campaign analysis for applicable clients. Additionally, they will maximize agency expenditure by questioning briefs and providing creative responses supported by insight and research. Excellent negotiation skills are necessary to follow up on proposals and ensure opportunities are maximized for both the agency and Bauer's portfolio.
Key Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, effective time management skills, and great attention to detail. They will be conscientious, punctual, and willing to work hard. Basic Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. The ideal candidate will also be personable, able to connect with internal departments and clients, and have good numeracy skills.
