Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.

About the Role:

In this role, you will develop and implement strategies to optimise inventory levels, reduce lead times, and enhance supplier performance. You will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and logistics partners to maintain efficiency, reduce costs, and meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire supply chain process from procurement to delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise inventory levels and reduce lead times.
  • Collaborate with production teams to align supply chain activities with manufacturing schedules.
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to secure the best terms.
  • Analyse supply chain performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Manager, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in supply chain software and Microsoft Office Suite.
