Hertford Regional College is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic lecturer to join our team. As a lecturer in Childcare and Health and Social Care, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences to our students.

Your main responsibilities will include delivering the full range of professional services associated with programmes of teaching, learning, assessment and student support. You will also be responsible for supporting learners with developing their English and Maths skills, as well as personal tutor and programme manager responsibilities for the level 1 Childcare and Health and Social Care students.

We are looking for an experienced qualified teacher with a proven track record of supporting students with additional academic and emotional needs. You will have personal tutor experience and industry experience, as well as excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a learning environment.
