Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced individual to lead our youth ministry, supporting the spiritual growth and development of young adults. The successful candidate will be a committed Christian with a passion for evangelism and a proven track record in family and youth work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting volunteer teams and equipping them for effective ministry.
  • Leading the growth of young adults within the church, both existing members and newcomers.
  • Fostering spiritual growth and development among young adults, with a focus on leadership, mission, and ministry involvement.
  • Reaching out to those on the edge of church life and integrating overseas newcomers into the community.
  • Clarifying the role's differences from other positions, such as the Refugee Support Coordinator's role.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in Christian pastoral work.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with children, youth, and families.

Estimated Salary

£15,000 per annum (pro rata), circa £13.50-£15.00 per hour, based on 20 hours per week.
