Job Title:

Service Charge Accountant

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Service Charge Accountant to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements and records for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver timely and accurate year-end accounts to residents.
  • Conduct transactions to maintain a smooth accounting process.
  • Resolve issues promptly and provide an exceptional service experience.
  • Liaise effectively with auditors to achieve a seamless audit process.
  • Take ownership of your development and contribute positively to the team through innovative ideas and feedback.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting environment.
  • Currently studying towards a professional accounting qualification (AAT, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail skills.
