**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to promote a culture of open communication and respect.

**Requirements**
