Staff Nurse

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the care of your patients, working closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Take charge of the clinical needs and holistic care of allocated patients
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Delegate tasks and activities to team members
- Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
- Develop skills and knowledge in line with national competencies

Person SpecificationWe are looking for a highly motivated and experienced nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care. The ideal candidate will have:
- Current full UK NMC Registration
- Level 1 or relevant children's qualification
- Teaching qualification or equivalent experience
