Training Coordinator

As an Onboarding Coordinator with Adecco, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless and enjoyable onboarding experience for new hires. This is a contract position with a duration of 8 months, offering a competitive hourly rate of up to £29.33.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide operational support for onboarding programs, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating onboarding events, ensuring a positive new hire experience.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize onboarding processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with new hires, answering any questions or concerns they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in pre-start processes, ensuring all necessary paperwork and documentation are completed.
- Provide on-site event support, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for new hires.
- Utilize various tools and software to streamline onboarding processes and enhance efficiency.
- Foster a positive and welcoming environment for new hires, encouraging engagement and teamwork.
Requirements:
- Comfortable learning new tools and becoming an expert in using them.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer service-oriented attitude.
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing work environment with the ability to adapt quickly.
- Experience in project management and process improvement preferred.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable with public speaking and in large event atmospheres.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access) and Google Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in employee onboarding or new hire experience.
- Event planning or coordination experience is highly desired.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
