Drama Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and confident individual to join our team as a Drama Cover Supervisor. This full-time position is perfect for those passionate about the performing arts and looking to gain valuable experience in an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular Drama Teacher, ensuring students remain engaged and on task during their lessons.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans, support students in their learning, and manage behavior in accordance with school policies.
- Encourage student participation and enthusiasm for drama, helping to create an inspiring and creative learning environment.
Requirements:
- A strong interest in drama and the ability to maintain a positive and controlled classroom environment.
- A knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, with the ability to satisfy all background safer recruitment checks.
