Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Specialist to join our team. As a Care Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with their daily needs, promoting their independence, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out assessments in service users' homes to understand their needs and preferences.
- Supporting individuals with social and physical activities, such as outings, exercise, and hobbies.
- Booking and accompanying service users to appointments, ensuring their safety and well-being.
- Assisting with personal care, including support with showering, dressing, and using the bathroom.
- Helping service users with eating and drinking, promoting healthy eating habits and hydration.
Requirements

- Excellent communication and listening skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with service users and their families.
