Pensions Administration Specialist

This role involves providing high-quality support to ensure exceptional client service delivery. Working closely with Financial Advisers and support staff, you will play a key role in delivering a quality sales support function.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing fact finds, file notes, and client risk profile questionnaires to gain an understanding of client requirements.
- Conducting research and analysis to inform suitability reports.
- Compiling reports detailing recommended advice and uploading them into the system for Financial Advisers to review.
- Discussing reports with Financial Advisers and making amendments as necessary.
- Preparing client application forms for Financial Advisers to discuss with clients.
- Reporting obstacles and deviations from agreed timescales to Financial Advisers and IFA Administrators.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Diploma Qualified Paraplanner to work in a dynamic team across the UK.
Requirements:
- Financial Planning Diploma qualification (or equivalent professional qualification).
- Experience of, or understanding and willingness to work with a centralised investment proposition.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications.
- Flexible working arrangements, including 2 days home and 3 days in the office.
