Administration Pensions Specialist

This role will see you playing a key part in ensuring the highest possible standard of client service delivery within IDEX Consulting's Pensions Division.

Working closely with Financial Advisers and support staff, you will be responsible for providing an essential quality sales support function.

Your primary duties will include:

  1. Reviewing and analyzing fact finds, file notes, client risk profile questionnaires and other relevant documentation to gain a comprehensive understanding of client requirements.
  2. Undertaking thorough research and analysis to identify suitable solutions for clients.
  3. Compiling detailed suitability reports outlining recommended advice, which will be uploaded into the system for Financial Advisers to review remotely.
  4. Discussing reports with Financial Advisers, making any necessary amendments.
  5. Preparing client application forms in advance of discussions with Financial Advisers.
  6. Monitoring and reporting any obstacles or deviations from agreed timescales to Financial Advisers and IFA Administrators to ensure effective management of client expectations.

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  1. Financial Planning Diploma or equivalent professional qualification.
  2. Experience of or understanding and willingness to work with centralised investment propositions.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
  4. Ability to work 2 days from home and 3 days in the office.
  5. Access to 5% pension scheme.
  6. Critical illness cover.
