About the Role:

As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling our AI-powered Employee Experience Platform to Small and Medium-sized Businesses (SMBs) across the UK. With a strong track record of success in sales, you will have a proven ability to build relationships, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell our Employee Experience Platform to SMBs across the UK
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue growth objectives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in the UK, with a focus on SAAS solutions
  • Proven track record of success in selling to SMBs
  • Experience selling to both Line of Business (LOB) and IT decision-makers
  • Experience with MEDDIC or similar sales methodologies
