Physiotherapy Technical Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapy Technical Instructor to join our dynamic team at University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of excellent healthcare services.
Main Duties and Responsibilities- To provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients, working under the supervision of a qualified physiotherapist.
- To assist physiotherapists in the delivery of rehabilitation classes and hydrotherapy services.
- To maintain accurate records and adhere to Trust policies and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy Code of Conduct.
- To provide information and advice to patients, carers, and other healthcare professionals on areas within the scope of practice.
- To contribute to the development and implementation of physiotherapy services, including the design and delivery of treatment programs.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- To maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to departmental policies and procedures.
- To participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Previous experience in a clinical NHS or healthcare environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of human anatomy and physiology.
- Understanding of job role and physiotherapy profession.
