About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Policy Development Lead to join our People and Culture team at the NURSING & MIDWIFERY COUNCIL.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and maintain our HR policies, ensuring they remain relevant, accessible, and aligned with our organisational values. You will lead the continuous review and refresh of policies, focusing on equality, diversity, and inclusion.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners and HR Advisers, providing oversight and support for complex HR casework, improving colleagues' experience, particularly in accessing reasonable adjustments.
