We are seeking a highly skilled HSEQ Engineer to join our team at Matchtech Energy. As a key member of our HSEQ department, you will play a crucial role in supporting engineering projects, maintaining and improving HSE management systems, and ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Quality System Management: Support engineering projects by managing quality systems, ensuring adherence to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
- HSE Management: Assist in maintaining and improving HSE management systems, promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Compliance and Auditing: Monitor compliance with corporate and regulatory standards, participate in audits, and identify areas for improvement.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HSEQ department, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- QHSE Knowledge: Possess knowledge of QHSE systems and ISO management standards, with a strong understanding of risk management principles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to analyze data and present findings.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks.
- Education and Experience: A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field is preferred, with experience in the energy sector and auditing qualifications desirable.
