We are seeking a highly skilled Private Client Support Services Specialist to join our team at Oeno Group. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email.
  • Assist clients with portfolio inquiries and resolve any issues they may experience.
  • Keep clients informed about their portfolio status and updates.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
  • Analyse and report issues to management.
  • Maintain accurate records of client data, including feedback and comments.
  • Provide insights to management on areas for improvement.
  • Update client accounts and information as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years' experience in a client support role.
  • Excellent telephone communication skills.
  • European languages an advantage.
  • Experience handling client enquiries over the phone is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of customer relationship management best practices.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Salary: 25K to 28K based on experience.
