About the Role

GIC Private Limited is seeking a skilled Transaction Management Specialist to join its Investment Services Private Markets Department. This role will play a vital part in providing investment deal closing support to cross-private markets investment strategies through a scalable transaction execution platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead as deal execution point of contact with external and internal counterparties, ensuring compliance, KYC, and regulatory approvals
  • Partner with investment, operations, tax, and legal teams to execute efficient and timely deal closings
  • Administer and navigate concurrent deal closings and deal volume across multiple asset classes
  • Provide deal finance advisory and implement deal initiatives, including buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of private sector investing and deal execution experience in private equity and/or infrastructure industries
  • Detailed-oriented analytical thinker with excellent communication and organizational skills
