Key Responsibilities
- Work with older adults in a one-to-one setting to support with various tasks and promote independence within their homes.
- Reduce social isolation and support with physical and mental well-being.
- Ensure relevant benefits are in place and support customers to get to medical appointments.
- Liaise with care agencies and social workers.
Requirements
- Passion for working with older adults and great people skills.
- Ability to work in a team and be flexible with workload.
- IT literacy and proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel.
- Full driving license and ability to travel around the B&NES area.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check required.
